LDRS 2 stage FINAL.rkt Description
Combining a couple of Wildman kits to make a 4" to 3" 2-stage. Had a custom coupler made to transition the 4" to 3". It is basically a chopped up WM Extreme booster with a 3" sustainer. No final weights or dimensions yet. Hoping to test flight in April. Planning on taking to LDRS this summer.
04/06/2019 Update: Shock cords installed, ground testing complete. Have final weight & dimensions. Going to start prepping for shake-down flight in April. Plan is boost on Loki K960 to a CTI I150.
Update 9/13/2019: rebuild underway. Pretty easy fix. Just cut off damage and insert coupler & new airframe. Parts on order. Bad news is need all new electronics/nose cone/coupler/AV bay/recovery.
Update 9/16/2019: parts arrived today, little bit of sanding and everything fits. Just need to decide on harness attachment point.
