That's just a piece of blue tube I had laying around. It is too short. I am going to need about a 8" section. The shoulder is 4" and then I will need to use a coupler so that will have to be about 6", you think?

Build the other part enough so it can accommodate the shoulder of the nose cone..

Oh I thought hat was already the sleeve INSIDE the tube !!! an 8" coupler will cover 4" down and 4" up in both tubes... So on top of that a 10" tube that covers the 4" of the top part of the coupler and 4" of the shoulder so you have like 2" clearing between them two, BUT you can always shorten the 8" coupler like 6" so you have 3" on both sides INSIDE the body tube and then use the 8" body tube part on top so 3" for the upper part of the coupler and 4" of the shoulder and a 1" clearing in between.. I really don't mind if you make it a bitsy longer BUT it looks sexy the way it was Tim... I rally love that lumpy..
