Drogue chute fully deployed, video confirms that but it got caught on either a rail button or a fin, the entire trip down. It lead to a the most controlled but extremely fast (100mph!!!) descent I have ever seen - no damage to rocket , no zippers on main deployment, astonishing. Cleanest non-chaotic descent I have ever seen. It shook loose on whatever it was caught on when main deployed.
The grey nosecone is just me trying to show some oscillation. Really cool hearing the constant static of 100mph wind on the way down, very smooth constant descent.
