You can follow the shock cord from the bay (silver tube, center, very bottom) up to the drogue chute. It is completely clear of the tree and is just free-hanging there. The only thing that stuck was the nosecone. I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to free it.

I went ahead and disconnected my entire rocket except nosecone and shock cord and decided to come back and give a few strong pulls. On the third pull I jumped up in the air and pulled down with all my might. It freed itself suddenly and I fell backwards with so much force I bumped the back of my head on the ground. I didn't get a concussion but the force did cause a nice healthy headache in the heat for the rest of the day. However, it was still nice to have everything back, including the nose.

Not only trees, but electronical lines! I wav VERY lucky with this landing. Rocket was safe from all of it.
