Subject: New Electronics Bay with space for GRMS Radio

Here's my latest bay for the rocket. This rev allows an iPhone and a GRMS radio to be packed so that live telemetry data is observed. I used foam to fill in the void between the radio and the phone. This reduces shock significantly.

This version uses shielded security wrapped two-wire to shield against the radio.
