Dave, like Freddy said, NEFAR rarely cancelled a launch. There use to always be a club officer at EVERY launch. Towing the equipment trailer was never an issue. Last launch was a fiasco. No one wanted to be LCO, no one wanted to pull trailer, Lyle wasn't sure who to call in waiver. Up until last month, every launch was very well organized. I hope this is not a sign of things to come!
