First launch of this rocket. I was hoping to send it up in July but an illness and some bad weather kept it grounded until today.
That must be a struggle to recovery, that grass was like waist high and strangled your legs by every step you made. Been there also !
I got lucky and it wasn't bad. Someone in a 4x4 came through earlier and flattened out a trail through the taller grass. I used that trail to walk right up to where the parachute was laying.
