It crap Tim, I replacing the board in a fiberglass plate...I'm making it now in the garage a few layers of Carbon Fiber a few layers of hybrid (CF and Kevlar) and finish off on both sides with Fiberglass...the plate was to thick..looking for plastic mounting screws now..
Tim, what screw are you using ???? I used the metal hardware from the stratologgers and i got s short.. I sent i back to Jim and he will fix it, he does not recommend metal screws....But it seems you do not have any problem withe them !!??? Strange !!
