Since Launch I have applied silicone glue to create a gasket:

I used scotch tape around the parameter of the the bulkhead so that the silicone glue would not stick to the bulkhead. I masked off the wires, etc.

I then put silicone glue in the gap and tightened the bulkhead down, causing the glue to press. I waited around 10 hours to cure and then tapped hard on inside of the bulkhead several times with a dowel to release.

I then removed the tape.

Not only are things nice and tight on the flat that meets with the bulkhead, but there is actually thin layer of silicone around the entire cylinder span stopping gas from entering the gap in the first place. The silicone feels like soft rubber. We will see how well it lasts, but as it is right now, there's not much chance of leakage.
