Dry fit of all parts and camera installed in bay. There are small angled gaps above and below the bay, the rings to fill this void have not been printed yet. The bulkheads for the electronics still need to be printed.
To summarize:
The nose cone and airframe containing fins were printed with polycarbonate+carbon fiber. Polycarbonate is stronger than ABS and has a glass transition temperature of 143°C.
The two black sections above fins are in ABS+carbon fiber. The electronics bay is printed in white ABS. ABS is standard plastic (legos are made with ABS) and has a glass transition temperature of 105°C.
The fins are made from reinforced carbon fiber. The containment for the motor is made from dense cardboard rocket motor mount tube, keeping the heat away from the polycarbonate+carbonfiber.

Love that design and the bay part.
I'll have to video the bay at some point. It's really neat the way the electronics are rigged and the way the transmitter + phone are inserted.
