Fail - No more Pandas

Design did not work out. Became unstable due to front fins nearing mach - and it was WAY over stable according to rasaero and openrocket.
Once front fins shredded, things stabilized, ripped kevlar rope at main chute, causing motor and fincan to restabilize. It kept going up I'd say to 11k.
There will be no Panda 3.
Bay and electronics recovered intact and operational.
11th Phone controlling rocket ignition via 900MHz band - with new terminals and checkout it worked great.
